This policy explains what personal information Meraki Pets Store collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Meraki Pets Store is based at 176, Block F, PIA Society, near Wapda Town, Lahore 54770, Pakistan.

- Order details: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, the products you order and your payment method (JazzCash or bank transfer).
- Account details: if you create an account, your email address, password (stored securely, we cannot see it), saved addresses and order history.
- Appointment and contact forms: the information you enter, such as your name, phone number, email, your pet’s type, the service and the preferred date and time.
- Messages: anything you send us on WhatsApp or by email, including payment screenshots.
- Technical information: basic information your browser sends, such as pages visited and how you arrived at the website (for example from a search engine or a social media link).
We do not collect or store your JazzCash or bank login details. You make payments yourself in your own app or bank.

- To process, deliver and support your orders, and to confirm your payment.
- To confirm and manage vet and grooming appointments.
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To run your account and show your order history.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
We will only send you offers or newsletters if you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
