These terms apply when you use the Meraki Pets Store website, place an order or book an appointment. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
About us
Meraki Pets Store is a pet store and veterinary clinic at 176, Block F, PIA Society, near Wapda Town, Lahore 54770, Pakistan. You can contact us on WhatsApp/phone 0334 9396301 or at [email protected].
Products and prices
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We try to show every product, price and stock level accurately. Product images are for illustration, and packaging may change from time to time.
- If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, or is out of stock, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price, choose another product, or cancel with a full refund.
- Prices and offers can change, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Orders and payment
- After you place an order, you will see your order number and our account details on the confirmation page and in your order email.
- We accept payment by JazzCash and bank transfer. Please use your order number as the payment reference and send us the payment screenshot on WhatsApp.
- Your order is confirmed and prepared once we have received your payment.
- We may cancel an order if payment is not received, or if a product cannot be supplied; if you have already paid, we refund the full amount.
Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. The delivery charge for your address is shown in your cart and at checkout before you place the order. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so our rider can reach you.
Returns and refunds
Problems with an order must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Our Refund & Returns policy explains what can be returned and how refunds are made.
Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and offers have their own conditions, which are shown with the offer. A code can only be used as described and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Vet clinic and grooming appointments
- Appointment requests made on the website are confirmed by our team by phone or WhatsApp. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it.
- Pet-care articles and product information on this website are general guidance only and do not replace an examination by a vet. If your pet is unwell, please contact us or a vet directly.
- Use pet medicines only as directed on the label or by a vet.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Using the website
Please do not misuse the website, for example by trying to break its security, placing false orders or copying its content for commercial use. The website content, including text, design and images, belongs to Meraki Pets Store or is used with permission.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore.
